One of my favorite places on the planet is Germany, for a plethora of reasons. Right now I’m in full blown withdrawl…because it’s that time of year, between April and June…when the Asparagus comes in, and I’m not there.

Aww man I’m telling y’all…sitting down to lunch or dinner with nothing put a big ass plate of beautiful white Asparagus (1K=2.2lb) served with new boiled Potatos, melted butter and/or Hollandaise sauce.
