Most internet cafes won’t let you upload to a web site, they will let you download to a CD. Software in europe is the same as software everwhere else, do you have special US only software?

As for software, MS/Windows stuff is pretty standard, but it may be set up for another country so the pulldowns, instructions, automatic paper sizing, date and currency formatting, etc. are in the local language and set to the local standard instead of US. Big internet cafes may have some machines with the operating software setup in English.

I had no problem at all uploading photos to my web site in almost every place I went to. I only recall one place where the computer was set up to not allow anything like that, other than that, I uploaded my digital pictures almost daily. It’s the same procedure no matter what country you’re in, (Apple or PC) just the language may be different. However, copying to a cd would be a good idea.

I doubt they have walmart in Europe, but when I went there, it cost me 3-4 bucks to put 100 pictures onto 1 cd..
