still waiting on my rail pass refund

Hi, i purchased 2 youth class, 4 country, 6 day passes back in november for a trip i had planned to take during january. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the trip never occurred. I returned the passes to eurotrip at the end of december, and was told i wold get an 85% refund. about a onth went by, and i had not received the refund, so i sent an email to the eurorail support email, and was told that the passes were received and that i would receive my refund promptly. So, another month or 2 came and went, with no refund, and once again i emailed eurorail, but alas, no response. so, here i am, 4 months later, still waiting on my promised refund, hoping that i wasnt swindled. please clarify and rectify the situation for me.

From what I’ve heard, 4 months isn’t out of the norm for a railpass refund. Did you buy your railpass here or from another website? Have you tried the “contact us” option where you bought the pass — on the railpass seller’s part of the site as opposed to in the volunteer question/answer forums if you bought it here?
oldlady, thanks for the response. yeah, i guess i shouldve clarified a bit better. I bought them from this website, and was told when i first contacted them that i would be reimbursed within a few weeks of receiving the unused/unactivated tickets. I posted here in the forums almost as a last resort because i have not received a response from the “contact us” email address besides the first email i sent, in which they confirmed they received the package and assured my prompt refunding.
i have all the emails saved as well.
