I must be living in the city for too long, i’m paranoid about theft. (Mainly because of the inconvienence caused).

Anyway i’ve got myself a nice new very cool backpack top of the line but not overly expensive (well priced brand). It’s a Black Wolf Grand Teton 75.

Anyway when i leave the hostel i plan to take the day pack part of the bag and lock the main part of the bag to the bed/etc.

Has anyone had their actual backpack stolen? Should i purposely mark or dirty my bag so that it is less appealing to steal?
