Ok so i am planning a 45 day trip to europe…leaving about may 15 and returning june 30 with somewhat flexible dates.  I have searched previous posts and there weren’t too many recent posts (< 2 years old)…so far the best I have found after a decently extensive search is Dallas/FW to Barcelona for 940 and everything else is about 980 – 1100…so i guess my question is pretty general…should i jump on this ticket or should the prices drop in march and april…thx

I guess you are happy to land and depart anywhere in Europe?

You can get DFW-MUC via PHL on US Air for $937, according to ITA.

With Air Canada, you can get the following for $871:
DFW-MAN  LHR-DFW

I think I looked at May 14 departure – which  may be a little cheaper than May 15.

Where have you checked?  Have you tried the links in our new user thread (top of this forum)?

I used ITA’s 2 month search (since fares >30 days tend to be classed together) and see $858 using Houston, Dusseldorf, and Cologne with KLM.  It also found $835 total Dallas-Heathrow; Dublin-Dallas with Air Canada.
