Yeah they had some crazy cheap fares this year too, some stretching in to June. But past sales are, of course, no guarantee of future offers.

Thanks for the tip. After clicking through a supposedly available date on this fare with Farecompare’s calendar, Orbitz could not confirm it available for booking. I’d try direct with AirTransat.com.

I just tried Cheaptickets and Vayama and no such fare. . Why does Farecompare do that??

Farecompare and other alert services don’t just make up fares; they were actually filed by the airline. The problem is that sometimes seats do not get allocated for sale at that fare, thus rendering it useless. It’s also possible that a small quantity of seats were put up for sale on certain dates into June, but maybe already sold out to other passengers.
