In the fall I will begin my southeast Asia trip. I am planning on travelling by land from Singapore up to Laos and the rest of IndoChina. I have been told that most backpackers travel south through SE Asia. Is this true and will I be better suited travelling south and putting up with the monsoon seasons? Thanks for the help.
