This might be a really dumb question. But I am really wondering about this. I will be in the Netherlands last week of September or first week of October. Will I see any flowers? I know tulips aren’t in season but will there be anyone selling them in markets? I really want to see some tulips, but unfortunally I won’t be their in the spring. Is their hope of seeing a few????
