UK work .. read on!
Sat, 08/20/2005 - 09:26
There is tons of work available and never enough people to work in the thousands of hotels in Torquay, Devon (waiters, housekeepers, bar staff, kitchen staff, reception etc..).. it’s a beautiful place, with many secret beaches, lots of sun and of course, Torquay Backpackers! Thats where I live and work and I’m just putting this note up, because we have many long-term spaces and I dont want anyone to miss out on a small friendly home for backpackers and lots of job opportunities away from that smelly city life! …….go on I dare you!

hey i know this topic was posted ages ago but i just found it and it really interested me… where can i find out more about this? I am planning to travel to europe in october for a few months and i thought i could break up the constant travelling with maybe about a month spent working in england as i have heard that australians dont need a work visa there… or at least it is much easier to obtain one than it is for anywhere else.. is the person who posted this still around? i’d love some more info
Very interested for 2007 . Please contact me …Patricia
