VEX Wholesale Express is also known as Air Cargo Partners, and are currently the only courier company (AS far as I know) that offers flights from LAX to Europe (London). The thread from last fall "Air Courier – Is It For Real?" contained some outdated information. There are two toll-free numbers (within the US) for this company: 877.227.9700 (ACP.9700), and 888.839.6683 (VEX-MOVE)
Both of these numbers connect you to the automated directory system.

This site is mainly geared toward shippers, although there is a link for flyers which only gives you contact information. there is a local number for Los Angeles, but I think anyone interested in ticket sales is supposed to call the toll-free numbers above. I called about a week ago and was quoted $666 as the RT fare from LAX-LON. I think you’re allowed stays of up to 90 days (I didn’t really bother asking to make sure after I heard the price). I’ve read that VEX Wholesale Express is the in-house shipping operation of Virgin, so that’s what you’d be flying if this info is correct.
The link for flyers on their website also includes contact info for people flying from the UK. The number listed on the website is: 0181.897.5130. The contact person listed is Stuart Martin.

Some of the courier books I consulted mentioned Halbart Air as another company that flies from LAX to London, but as I mentioned in a previous post, none of the contact info that I have been able to procure has been valid at all — disconnected phone numbers, completely wrong numbers, and their website appears to be defunct.
