We flew Virgin Atlantic for the first time this past week to London and back, and I wanted to put in a good word for them. The service was excellent, the flights arrived early (30 minutes each time), and the personnel was extremely pleasant to deal with both on the ground and in the air. Thanks to all who have recommended them in the past on this board, and thanks again to Don, Tricia, JamieB, and others who consistently provide excellent assistance on air travel here. Thanks to all who recommended Council Travel as well. It was through them that I booked our flights and saved a huge quantity of money. Last but not at all least, thanks to Andrew for providing this web site – its assistance in planning our trip was invaluable. I am now in Europe withdrawal until the next trip – sigh, sigh.
