I am going on to europe for 3+ months this fall, from the U.S.A., and was wondering what the visa restrictions are if you want to stay for more than 3 months (not working, just backpacking). I know all countries have different requirements. I guess my question specifically is, If i start out in paris and only stay in france for 10 days and then move on to all other countries and eventually want to come back around to france or somewhere else i have already been over 3 months later is my visa still good. Basically, does the 3 month visa restriction apply to ACTUAL TIME SPENT in that country or does the time start when you FIRST ARRIVE in that country (even though you moved on to other countries)? I hope somebody understands what i’m tryin to ask.
