I am planning on going to Europe next fall with a christian organization called Intermenno. Anyway, I would be working for free, they pay for my flight, food, room and board, and I get $100 a month(But it is not really to pay me for my work). Do I just need a passport (I would be in either the Netherlands, Germany or Switzerland) or do I need a work visa?
