A friend of ours is flying into Vitoria. Any idea what the best way would be for her to get to Bilbao to meet my wife and I? Thanks.

Bus seems like the clear winner here. There are no direct trains and the shortest train journey I see takes 3 hours. The bus takes just an hour and costs roughly 5 euros.
