I’m travelling with my mother and want to be prepared…we arrive at London waterloo station on the eurostar, then need to get to Heathrow. What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks in advance!

Hi LUE – there are two ways to get from Waterloo to Heathrow that I would recommend:

1) I recommend this route – take the Tube from Waterloo station on the Jubilee Line North for 2-3 stops to Green Park then transfer to the Picadilly line direction Heathrow.

2) Here is another option – take the Tube from Waterloo station on the Bakerloo Line North for 7-8 stops to Paddington then transfer to the Heathrow Express - this is shorter by about 20-30 mins. but costs about $27.00 per person more.

London is a great city I hope you get to spend some time there.

I would certainly go for the tube option considering how much more the HEX is.
