what is the weather like from march till may all over europe?
Depending on where you are going in europe?
-howie
London, Leeds, Manchester
March and April are rainy months at lower elevations all over Europe. On the Atlantic and Med coast it tends to be windy, too. Days are getting much longer in April and May and it’s warming up. May is really the first month where things begin to get consistently nice. The summer tourist spots in the South see their first tourists in May.
COOL THANKS
What is the weather like during late-April to early-June in Bavaria or, rather, Germany?
In March, the day time highs will range from about 45 F in the North to 50 F in the center. Munich (Bavaria) in the South is actually a little more like Hamburg than the centre. By June, this will go up to 65 F and 70 F or so. Mid-May and on is generally nice. Generally speaking, the area around Munich is the warmest place in the country.
Southern Europe:
the climate varies but generally:
March is cold and wet. Rain, rain, rain.
April is pleasant. Around mid-April the rains stop, and near constant sunshine begins (and lasts about 5 to 6 months).
May: awesome.

i traveled throughout europe last may, and the weather really depended on the place. germany and france was really warm, hot on certain days. austria and england was freezing. i brought one sweatshirt and wore that with a coat for half of my trip so be prepared for hot or cold weather in may.
