Can’t imagine that you won’t encounter rain, so waterproof and water repellant and being able to dress in layers is the key. Unless you’re at very high altitudes, the weather will not be so cold that you’re miserable if you can keep dry. A light weight, water repellant jacket will suffice if you have adequate layers to wear under it.
