I will be visiting st. moritz, vienna, salzburg, hallstatt, weimar, and tubingen. What is the weather like in july-August?

Do I need a rainproof jacket (i live in portland I am ok with the rain)? How about warm stuff? jacket? sweaters? hoodies?
