If I travel to northern europe in sept and then travel to southern europe in october, how’s the weather like or what’s the best time to go everywhere the eurail pass takes me? Is it better to just go to europe in mid-august and plan my trip right now, July 22 ’04, or does it really even matter what time of the year I go?

I definitely want to go to OKTOBERFEST!
