My husband and I will be attending a conference in Buffalo, NY the first week of April. Neither one of us have ever been there before. We arrive in Buffalo the day before the conference starts – can anyone suggest things to do in the area for that day? We’d prefer options that we can walk/bus/train to, but don’t mind hiring a car for the day. Any suggestions?
