What is "Unisex compartments" in Couchettes!!!!

I checked some overnight trains (Ex. Munich-Rome) on http://www.eurorailw… and it says the T6 are Unisex Compartments!!!! What the heck is that? my wife and I should take seprate carts??

I like the definition ESPO, but do you suppose Sonny will get it?

Unisex restroom: like on the airplane, same facility used by both sexes
Unisex couchette: Your bunkmates will be of both sexes

Great story going from prague to dusseldorf on the natchzug.Pull out of prague with just my GF with me in the car..When we pull into dresden we pick up 4 women about my age.I’m thinking to myself why oh why is my GF in this car with me!
