what should i do in Portugal?
Tue, 04/05/2005 - 22:17
My friend and i are flying into Lisbon and want to stay 3 or maybe 4 nights in Portugal before continuing onto Spain. We are interested in clubs, dancing, drinking, beaches, scenic hikes, and cheap tours. Do you have any recommendations on which cities to go to and what to do? Thanks

3-4 days would be just for Lisbon itself, take a day trip out to Sintra, also make sure you take the tram (can’t remember the number)ask at the tourist info and this tram takes you all around the major sights of Lisbon.
If you do want to party, you could always head over to Lagos
Hey bryan – if you do a search of favorite places, put in portugal and select posts from the last year, there is tons of possible places and routes to follow and descriptions of why each place is good or bad. that will give you a better idea quickly.
tram is N28 witch shows u whole Alfame aria. and tram N 5 witch bring u to Belen is the another historic arie of Lisabon.
Well, I got to Portugal wth my BF in April(13-26April).Our mission: to travel from North to South Portigal by motorbike and menage CS(www.couchsurfing.com…)meeting in Porto and Lisabon . Any questions, fell free ask.

Since you have a limited amount of time, I also suggest staying in Lisbon and taking a day trip to Sintra. If you had more time, then Lagos sounds exactly like what you are looking for…
