Just wondering if anyone can add (or take away) anything from this short list that I compiled for going on my trip to Europe in a few months time.
 
I dont want to forget anything so I have made a checklist; here it is:

i think i’m gonna use this list too . 10x.

but you could use lots of camera batteries or rechargebles.
flashlight with some batteries again.
if you camp .. perhaps you could use some fire source (based on gasoline, like primus if you know what it is) – if allowed .
some baseball bats … just in case, you never know …

Where do you plan to travel? What route?
I am also trying to plan a route from Bucharest to South of Spain. Also by car. at the end of this summer.

I noticed your post the other day about your trip. Good luck with your travelling.
 
I dont actually have any route planned, just going a drive and ended up where the wheels take us and see places along the way. Although this seems like a possible route (or similar) to what we will take:

Since there will only be two of us, we have also considered sleeping in the car but dont know about the laws of doing this yet. We did a road-trip of the UK last year and slept in my old Vauxhall Corsa and it was a bit of a nightmare, so that is why we were considering taking a tent as well – although I have a Ford Mondeo now so it might not be so bad this time.
