Lufthansa’s auctions? I got a great deal when Lufthansa was running them (back in ’00: Philadelphia – Bilbao via Frankfurt, $150 r/t, all taxes & fees included). In 2001 Lufthansa ‘brokered’ their auctions off to http://www.thedailya… which promptly added on a fee for each ticket and IMHO ‘pumped up’ ticket prices to a level where they were not much different from regular economy fares.

I’m looking forward to some Fall travel to Germany & Austria and I sure would like to see Lufthansa back in the Auction business.
