I was checking out one of those courier websites, and you have to join for a yearly fee, and so on. Is it really worth it? Does it work out?
I want to go to Hong Kong for a couple weeks to visit a friend, and it said there was a possibility for a free flight or at least a super cheap one. I wonder if that is true. I live in Honolulu, but for some reason I cant find a flight for under 700 USD. That seems like a lot.
I dont care about not having check in luggage (im low maintenance Smile ) and I am really flexible (about times) hehehe… so has anyone done the courier thing?
Any suggestions ?

Thanks
Tiff

Jupiter Travel in Jamaica (NYC) had the best reputation among everything I had read regarding courier travel, but that was before 9/11. I think it most important for you to check on actual availability from HLL to HKK since that is the particular route that you really want. Maybe try the Yellow Pages or ring the airport to enquire about passenger courier companies they might be able to point you to.

Best published fare I see is 680 total on China Airlines with 1 connection at Taipei.

Ive done it once and it was awhile back. It was a good experience so if you can only find 700USD as the cheapest and you pay 1/2 of that with the annual membership and flight, then you are ahead of the game
