whtats up,
i’ll be in western europe and britian this fall and winter. i’ve heard a lot about what we call in the states "counter-culture" activity in places like holland, belgium, spain, and portugal and am interested in spending alot of my limited time in these areas. i’m just looking for places condusive to my kind of behavior, particularly small towns where walking and hiking are prime. i’ll be travelling alone am looking for welcome areas. i speak limited french, and no other language besides my native english, but i am willing to try and learn anything. can anyone recommend any areas? where are my fellow heads? by the way, can anyone clue me in on some of the nicer, lesser know museums or particular interesting places in these areas. i know whats in the tour book, but i really enjoy small galleries and things i wont see in an art history book. peace everyone.
