Where to go in Switzerland??
Tue, 12/28/2004 - 01:38
I will be in Switzerland this summer for about 4-5 days. Right now I am planning on going to Gryon(Swiss Alps retreat), as I know a few friends who went there last summer. Are there any other better places to go in any part of Switzerland? I would like to get to do some white water rafting if possible, and I’m not sure if this is available in the Gryon area. Im not really looking to stay in any cities, just mainly in areas that have outdoor activities. So what i’m really asking is where do I go in Switzerland to do some rafting? Thanks.

Headquartered in Interlaken – known for its diversity of outdoor activities – Alpinraft, http://www.alpinraft… and Alpin Center, http://www.alpincent… offer rafting at several locations.
Anywhere but Zurich!
I went to Chalet Martin during ski season last year and really enjoyed it. Two thumbs up
You will not be dissapointed with The swiss alps retreat I assure you !!!
I went there this summer expecting to stay 3 days and I ended up staying 2 weeks !!
I have heard nothing but good things about Gryon so I am pretty sure that is where i will be going. I checked out the prices for that rafting/bungee stuff and its a little to expensive. I will try to do that at home instead. Thanks for all your help.
