Where to have Christmas vacation?
Thu, 09/23/2004 - 09:25
Thinking about europe for christmas break. Any suggestions?
This would be my first trip to europe and will be traveling with 6 yo daughter.
Thanks,
Shadowood

How much time do you have? What sort of things interest you? That’s a pretty wide-open question.
We will have two weeks. Just looking for ideas on places to stay for christmas, mabey someplace with the possibility of snow. Have not been to europe yet and thought it might be a nice idea for Christmas.
Anybody have a great Chrismas vacation memory? A place that just seemed perfect for Christmas.
I am currently living south of Munich Germany and there is an amazing christmas market in a town called Bad Tolz, it is wonderful and the snow in the winter here is great. The weather isn’t that cold maybe -10 celcus, not too bad!
i loved krakow, poland in the snow. most cities have christmas markets so it’s not hard to be near all sorts of christmas festiveness ( i made that word up, i think ). i’m not sure every city does so you may want to check a few you’re interested in just to be sure.
