Which is the best beach in Europe?
Thu, 10/22/2009 - 20:16
I am trying to know which is for you:
1) The best and the beautiful beach in Europe.
2) The country with the best beaches in Europe.
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” (Keep traveling).
1) The best and the beautiful beach in Europe.
2) The country with the best beaches in Europe.
1) El Sardinero (Santander, Cantabria, Spain): on mar Cantabrica;
2) Spain!
El sardinero is a nice beach. Its very popular beach of Santander. This beach is equipped with all types of services and facilities, it also has a wide promenade that runs the length of the beaches in the area. There is a wide selection of hotels and gastronomy to choose from. A big park lies between this beach and the Concha.

Guys! can i have something more.
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” (Keep traveling).
1. Golden Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha Bay in Malta. They are within walking distance of each other. One’s nude the other isn’t…can’t remember which is which, but I’m sure you’ll figure it out when you get there
2. Lagos, Portugal: beautiful fine sand, cheap seafood and cheap wine. Water is cold though (and the electricity is pretty basic – just kidding)
3. Super Paradise, Mykonos
“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list”
“Best” is subjective. Do you need white sand? Do you need facilities?
I’ve been to a few beaches, and hope to see more. I think some of my favorites might not be the same now as I remember them.
Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Peroulades on Corfu, Greece. Tall cliffs. Deserted, clean beach, clear clean water. We were the only people there. 2001 Frangokastello, Crete Greece. Open beach, shallow water, inviting if basic cafe, haunting monument. 2001Small beach, huge boulders, and not a lot of people. But this was 1978.
Collioure south of France near Spanish border
The beach itself is not all that great, but the setting is gorgeous, the water fine, the beach-goers from all over the place, and the town charming and fun. 2004
Hvar, Croatia
Stone beach. Touristy but low key. Lovely and historic town of Hvar.
The water of the Adriatic is beautiful and crystal clear. Beware sea urchins. 2006
Bay of Kotor, Montenegro
Like Hvar, this place is definitely discovered, but well worth visiting. As I said before, to me, the Adriatic has a special quality to it. Kotor, Perast, Budva and other towns are relaxing and historic towns. Sveti Stefan has a well-established beach. 2006
Brittany the northwest of France, we were on the northern side
Windswept and wild. Not as inhabited as I thought it would be, let alone congested.
We were on what they call the pink granite coast, and yes, that pink stone was everywhere. Lovely blue hydrangeas everywhere. It must be busier in the summer.
Nice little beach towns:Cancale and Perros Guirec. 2009
Île de Ré, Atlantic side, Pointou-Charentes region, France, near La Rochelle
We stayed at Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Unabashedly touristy, but not overwhelming. White-washed buildings, hollyhocks, bike rides, history. 2009
I could never choose one country for the best beach.
The beaches I like the best are the clean ones.
Plage du Diamant, Port Cros, France
Set on an island dedicated as a national park and wildlife sanctuary. Result: beautiful beach with tons and tons of fish. You have to stay in Hyeres, Le Lavandou, or Cavaliere to get there though (by short ferry).
Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Prague, Mostar, Sarajevo, Bol, Makarska, Florence, Málaga, Seville, Barcelona, Ibiza Town
does anyone know where the beach that has the low flying overhad planes is?? would be mad to check out!

Elly,
I believe there’s more than one, but the most famous such beach is on the island of St. Maarten in the Netherland Antilles (in the Carribean).

There are any nude beach in Europe?
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” (Keep traveling).
There are lots of European nude beaches.
One is on Lokrum, an island close to Dubrovnik.
Cil can you please give me some tips before going over there.
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” (Keep traveling).
there are tons of nude beaches on the Mediterranean. chances are there is one within 30 minutes of you if you are already on the coast. as for etiquette and tips, i would google it, because I don’t know and do that.
Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Prague, Mostar, Sarajevo, Bol, Makarska, Florence, Málaga, Seville, Barcelona, Ibiza Town
I tell ya, the best beaches are the ones with them buried treasures, gold, silver, coins!
I have got some important tips from the net for rocking a nudist beach.
See tip no- (6, 10) specially for mens.
Tip #1 – Lather Up
Don’t forget to put sun cream on those parts of your body about which you might otherwise forget. It’s really not pleasant to get sun burn on some vital parts of your body!
Tip #2 – Watch the bend
Don’t bend over when adjusting your towel or picking something up from the sand (unless you’re Brad Pitt, of course).
Tip #3 – Eyes to yourself
Don’t stare at other naked people!
Tip #4 – Incognito
In case you do want to stare, two best ways to do it is: (a) wearing sunglasses, (b) pretending to read a book (but then, don’t forget to turn the pages!)
Tip #5 – Ditch the camera
Be respectful to other people when you take our your camera to make some pictures of the beach. It really does make all naked people suddenly very nervous.
Tip #6 – Cold water syndrome
If you are a man, be aware that even if you are lucky to possess a giant male organ, it will shrink to tiny proportions when you emerge from the sea. Don’t feel bad about it…
Tip #7 – To shave or not to shave?
This is a difficult question, since enjoying a nudist beach is all about being very natural. However, think twice, as it’s nice to be well groomed.
Tip #8 – Avoid philosophy
Try to avoid deep philosophical conversations with you naked neighbours. It does sound (and look) rather weird, when a naked person talks about Foucault.
Tip #9 – Keep your suit handy
Take your swimming suit with you just in case. For instance, when all other nudists decide to leave the beach and you are the only naked person remaining.
Tip #10 – Top of the morning
What to do in case of erection? Quickly lie face down on the sand, but don’t forget to fill in the imprint when you stand up!
Which point you have really liked and please share any tips if you have.

Stenshuvud on the Swedish south East coast reminds me of a Caribean beach , very beautiful only more peaceful. Also Falsterbo on the Swedish south west coast is really nice. Go in July or August for best chances of warm weather and water.
Also the beaches around Isola Rossa , Italy are really nice and not so crowded
This is a very difficult answer.
If you want a cheap place go to Greece there are many lovely beaches everywhere.
If you want to stay at the top end go to Sardinia white or pink beaches vip and nightlife.
The French Cote D’azure is lovely but just because of the VIP.
