hey!
i’m very new around here, but i’m loving the help i’m getting from everyone.
my name is kristen. i’m almost 22 years old. i really haven’t been anywhere. went to italy last year for my birthday, and that was amazing. i’ve always been into travel. just never had the money. this summer i’m heading to england, france and spain, and i’m very very excited!
I really am "old" for this crowd, I’m 57, married, female.
I live "in the country" in the heart of the farm belt.
I’ve been to Europe 9 times.
I usually travel with my husband — I do almost all of the planning, ticketing and arranging. His trips are often work related so on most trips I have a week or so to travel solo. I’ve also traveled with elderly mother and with teenage (at the time) son.
Hello everybody!
I found this site today and thought it was super cool, so I had to introduce myself. My name is stephanie and I am 19, livin in good old Seattle washington. I love it here, the rain can be a bit trying, but sun that comes around every once in awhile sure is nice. I am planning a trip to europe in ’06, and I’m REALLY excited. I have never strayed far from home, so it will be a very nice change. I love to rock climb and am hoping to find a few good spots around europe. Any climbers on this site that could give me some ideas??
Talk to ya’ll later
Stephanie
hey hey guys. 25 y/o female from pheonix AZ, raised and live in Chicago, not married but living with bf. I work for a telecom company as a technical writer. my first trip to europe is on May 12th, for 27 days. It’s all I can think about. Seriously, I’m getting a complex about this trip, a giddy excited complex. I’ve been to 43 american states, but never out of the country. I’m ready to venture off. I’m a pretty well-seasoned american traveler within the US, and plan on getting plenty of international experience over time. what a way to start with europe
Hey everyone
I’m 23 years old, from Canada (I actually live in Alberta, but thats not something I’m happy about!) I’m heading to Greece in about a month and a half for a month long backpacking trip. This will be my 4th time backpacking in Europe. It gets better each time! Between now and Greece I’ve also got a trip to Peru coming up(leaving in 6 days!). Since I’m a travel agent, lots of the travel I’ve done recently is mostly ‘work related’ (been to hawaii, cuba, dominican, cruise to mexico).
Havn’t travelled alot yet-only 18 give me time. Had ‘the bug’ though for long long time. For gap year I’m going with a chuch group on a bus trip from Trieste-Italy to Budapest-Hungry then I’m intending to back pack from home in England through Europe and into Morocco. From there I’m making my way to Nigeria then back again. After that it’s three years stuck at uni but when I have holidays I might grab some friends for a short break in Europe. Once that’s done with I’m just going to flit from job to job saving enough money ‘til I can travel again. Or at leat that’s the plan
Look me up in 2010 and see if I’m still posting. Hope I’ll have some stories by then
