I, like everyone else, took way too much stuff with me the first time I went to Europe. By the end of the trip I realized that I was wearing the same clothes everyday anyway and I didn’t need most of what I had in my pack. So, this time I’m taking an 1800 cu in REI pack with one change of clothes and only the stuff I will absolutley need. I’d rather wash more often than haul a huge pack around everywhere.
So, I was wondering if anyone else has traveled this lightly and how you liked it. I’m doing it no matter what, but I’d like to hear from anyone else that knows the greatness of traveling minimal.
