hah… H&M was/has been popular in Euro for the girls here for YEARS before it came to the US, it’s a Scandinavian brand!!!! So of course, yes we know about it, but it seems that the sorority girls that come here still are wearing the ambercrombie. I guess I am taking the bait here by responding to this absurd thread, but here goes:
I am an American girl that does not fit the above described criteria. Not all of us are easy and dress to impress. I think alot of us American girls/women (and mabye a few men)actually appreciate European’s more conservative, humble approach to courting. Mabye I am just another romantic with idealized views of how people should act and treat eachother.

In addition, not all American girls (or Americans in general) go to Europe to party and hook up with Europeans. Europe is rich in unique cultures and deep rooted history, fascinating landscape, and beautiful people. There are Americans who love and appreciate the opportunity to escape and explore new countries and people.

Just to clarify, American girls doesn’t equal Sorority girls. Not every girl in America belongs to a sorority and how can you even tell if they belong to one anyways? Geez hope, you must live in some back water town or some teeny bopper suburb. In San Francisco Abercrombie might get you into a bar but rarely gets you past the bouncer. The skin tight near sheer outfits that are more common on the bar/club scene out here are much more sexy. You know those outfits that can’t be worn with a bra.

I’ve never been to a big city before and traveling in fact scares me. I don’t like crowds and prefer to suck my thumb in solitude.
