Hi everyone,

I’m slowly and eagerly preparing myself for my trip to Europe.
Since I’m a computer nerd I’ve decided to bring my Ipaq Pocket PC against the advice of many who suggest this is not an appropriate item to bring (primarily due to the cost of such an item and the rareity in most countries).

One of the reasons I think it will be useful is when I’m alone I can write emails on it and have them sent when I can connect to the internet “automatically” using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth technology, this is of course IF (and a big IF) I can find WiFi access.

I plan to travel to Germany, Czech, Slovakia, Poland and probably some others.

So my question is, IF I bring my Ipaq can I find access to Wi-Fi internet? E.g. if I briefly jump into a 4-5 star hotel in these countries will they provide? Do any of the internet cafés now provide? Any other thoughts on where to find?

Thanks in advance

SFS.
