Work Permit in Belgium
Tue, 04/19/2005 - 10:11
Hi, I wonder if anyone knows this. Applying work permit in Belgium now, but was asked to show a ‘no conviction criminal record’ in England. The police officer told me I will get a record says ‘no convictions’ but will show up a caution i got 2 years ago. Will this cause the failure of the work permit application? Does anyone knows how the England / Wales Criminal Record look like? (It’s issued by local polica not CRB check). Thanks a lot!
So what was this caution about? I know if it’s just a traffic violation (unless people got killed), it normally doesn’t matter in Belgium. (that is, to get a job, I have no experience getting a work permit)
