Hi, I am about to embark on a once in a lifetime experience of a working holiday in Europe. I was just wondering if anybody had any suggesstions as to whether I should live closer to the city or further away. Is the price for groceries and drinks hugely different?

Also which zone do people recommend is the most affordable yet still pleasant? It is relatively cheap to go into the center of London from the outer zones right?
