I live in Canada and I am a Canadian/American citizen. I want to go to greece to vacation and work for 2 months. It seems that there can be fines and imprisonment if you are caught working illegaly.

Are there any special work permits available to Canadians or American citizens?
What is the best way to work and not get caught (or even legally if possible)?
Where are the best places to work (where they either don’t care and pay you under the table or they can just pay you cash)?
Are there any loopholes to gain a residency card?
