Hi Everyone,

Me and my gf will be moving to London in August (After travelling around Europe for 1 month).

We are wondering what is the best way to find accomodation to be? I have checked out gumtree.com, but am unsure if this is the best way to look for it.

We are looking for a 1bedroom flat in the Zone 2 area in the range of 200pound or less per week.

Would we be best continue to look on gumtree.com or contact real estate agents with our budget? Can anyone name any real estate agents that I can contact whilst still in Australia?

Any suggestions on area’s to look at?

Regards,

KD.

Are you looking for a 1 bedroom flat or 1 room in a flat. I rent a two bedroom flat in Zone 2 and I pay 1800.00 GBP.
You will not find a 1 bedroom flat for 200 GBP. This is London and you have to be very realistic.

My landlord has a few flats and I can ask him for a room.

I am leaving from US and traveling for 11 days
