Is it difficult to find jobs in London, even basic jobs like housekeeper, waiter etc…? And find a cheap place where to sleep like an appartment is probably rough too right?

if you have the time try and register with the recruitment companies, i found them to be really helpful in england, i wasnt in london, but their everywhere and very helpful. Cant help with the accommodation side of things sorry.

i don’t think getting a job there should be any harder than getting a job in your hometown.. though i doubt you’d want to be living there if you weren’t earning the GBP. it’s too expensive.
