Hi there,

I’m considering looking for a job with the UN in the future. I’ve met many people with bad experiences about working for the UN, that said i would like to others peoples views.

I would also like to hear stories about working for the UN in Switzerland and in other countries Africa/LatinAmerica/anywhere.

I am a dual Australian/US citizen.
I only speak English Frown
I have substantial experience in IT and managing.
I am 28.

Why the UN? hmm, in short, I am very interested in politics, doing something different, Switzerland, and "making a difference".

Thoughts?

Interesting message… I’m working for the UN actually but not in Switzerland however in Europe. I do have very close relatives that work in the UN in Switzerland, it’s hard to get in unless you know someone.
