I have heard from friends in London that you can buy a rail ticket from one city to another (eg Vienna to Salsburg) and you can get off the train, spend the night in a town on the way, and then continue the journey a day or more later on the same ticket.
Is this true?
Are there any limits or rules on this?
Can someone help me with this, as it seems too good to be true.
If it is so, you can see a lot on the way, and the single ticket should not be too expensive????
