I will be staying 100km north of Milan in the mountains 15 minutes from St. Moriz but do not know the name of the town. I will be staying with family or friends in Paris, Milan and Oban so I will not need a place to stay. For 7-10 days a friend will be meeting me somewhere along the way and she is NOT willing to stay in hostels. She does not believe in roughing it whereas I don’t mind staying in a hostel as long as it is clean, safe and quiet at night.
My itineray is not set. The only places I must visit is Krakow (missed it on previous trip), Oban (have skipped visiting family the last 4 times in Europe), Paris and Milan.
a lot of the hostels are better than many hotels
Yeah I know that as that is my choice of accomodations when in Europe. Its all about doing the research to find the right places but for some reason my friend absolutely refuses to stay in a hostel. It will only be for a week and I have the budget for it so I don’t mind. I am hoping that she wants to go to Veince as the hostel selection there is limited and it will make finding a place to stay easier if there are two of us paying for the hotel.
