You appear to be covering a load of cities, but spending hardly any time in each! For cities where your only staying 1 or 2 days have you built into it the travel time? i.e. is it travel to Pisa, spend a day there then leave or is the travel time built into the 1 day so you get to Pisa at lunch time and leave the same evening?
You might enjoy it more if you cut some cities out. Do you need to do 5 cities in Italy? Or would you be more relaxed and enjoy each city more if you only did 3cities but spend around 3 days in each?
Whooooa…This trip will probably kill you. Goota agree with Re12. You’re doing way to much in too short a time. I would at least chop the Scandinavian section anf save for another trip.
