main thing realy need help with is decent hostels to stay in round the different cities and also what there is to see and do during the day and night on a budget.
Also is it worth going to Milan? heard mixed reviews, mainly that its just a shopping capital, and we wont be doing much shopping!
Skip Milan- go to Florence instead.
Agree with skipping Milan and adding Florence or maybe split the trip between Amsterdam and Berlin with a stop in Bremen or Hamburg Germany
Vote #3 to skip Milan — unless you’re a fashion person.
Love the user name, BTW.
thanks for the comments. will probably skip Milan now, as were not bothered about buying the latest gear, plus were on a budget.
thinking now whether to add in Florence in its place or just spend more days in other cities.
p.s. thanks mim
I would add Florence and take a day from Venice. It will save you a bit of money (venice is notoriously expensive) and will allow you to visit an amazing city.
Florence is a great idea. I like 2 days, 1 night in Venice is perfect (2 nights would be preferable) because it doesn’t have to be expensive- I did it comfortably on a tight budget. But Florence is amazing as well; i’d stay at least 2 nights there.
CANT WAIT!!!
Will be in Amsterdam tomorrow evening!!!!!!!!
